“ 土曜日、週末忙しかった自分のご褒美に『に干し屋 SINCHAN』さんへ伺いました。 朝７時30分にお邪魔しましたが この時間でも複数のお客さんで賑わっていました。 お店は和室仕様となっており、靴を脱いで、食券を購入してカウンターに出すシステムです。 フロア担当さんの接客も優しく席に案内されます。 店内は古民家風の落ち着いた造りで、テーブル席と和室が用意されています。 オーダーしたのは『全部乗せ煮干し醤油』（税込1,300円）。約10分ほど待ち着丼。 ビジュアルがもう…“美しいラーメン”となります。 見た目だけでなく、スープも煮干し出汁、独特のエグみは一切なく、とても飲みやすく最高に美味しいです。 自家製麺となるストーレート細目とも良く合ってスルスル入ります。 具の三種のチャーシュー（鶏、豚、ラム）はそれぞれ個性があって、食べ比べができます。 メンマは極太で食べ応えがあるほか煮卵も丸々１個入っておりこちらも美味しいです。 他店のラーメンスープは、飲み残すことが多いのですが、あまりに美味しく思わず全部飲んでしまいました。 「にぼし粉」、「ニボシ酢」が卓上に用意されており、味変できるのも嬉しいところです。 盛岡市内のアクセスの良い場所ではありませんが、車でお越しの際は、店舗と近くに駐車場が用意されており、不便はないと思います。 ラーメン店というと、割と騒々しいイメージがありますが、こちらはまったく異なり、静かに食事を楽しむことができます。 接客対応も、誠実かつ丁寧で気持ち良かったです。 お勧めのラーメン店となります。 ※店主様が化学物質過敏症のため香水等は厳禁となります。お気遣い願います。 ”
“ 以前は大通の「ニッカツビル」にあったお店。取り壊し前に移転したようです。店名に「に干し」とあるように出汁の味が効いています。朝ラーは650円とお手軽な値段でぜひオススメします。 ご飯が少し硬いかな？と思いましたが、卵かけご飯前提なのかもしれません。このご時世にご飯おかわり自由は助かります！ 香水？がダメなので注意しましょう。 ”

“ 民家（旅館）のような見た目が気になっていたお店 靴を脱いで上がり販売機で食券（現金のみ）を買い店内に入ると民家のような座敷が広がりながらもカウンターがあり脇には製麺機が見える不思議な店内で驚きます。 白金豚背油ラーメンを注文。 大きいながら柔らかいメンマ、さっぱりしたチャーシューとゆで鳥、程よい歯ごたえの手打麺、出汁が効いて後味の優しいスープは昔ながらですが、背油が乗っているのが最近のラーメンっぽいなと感じました。 また駐車場は店の正面だけではなく道路向かいにもありますので、運転に自信のない方はそっちに止めるのがお勧めです ”

“ 無自覚の香害テロリストは入店禁止なので気を付けてください。 盛岡出張でランチ利用しました。 自分はこの香害大丈夫か、心配しましたが入店拒否されなかったので良かったです。 入口で靴を脱ぎ下駄箱に入れ、券売機から煮干醤油900円と味付玉子100円を購入しました。 店内は想像より広く、席の間もスペースがあるので良いですね。 食券を渡し、待っていると煮干醤油が運ばれてきました。 小ぶりな丼に綺麗に盛り付けられたラーメン美味しそうです。 スープを一口飲むと、品の良い煮干し感と円やかな味わいが美味しくレベルの高い味わいです。 麺は中細のストレート自家製麺。食感良くスープとの相性抜群。 具材のプルゴニュメンマ、2種のチャーシューは美味しく、味付玉子は少し黄身がカタメで優しい味わいでした。 レベルの高い一杯で久し振りに完飲、完食でした。ガチニボも食べてみたいです！ ”
